Role: Mobile Commercial Electrician
Salary: £42,992 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday – 40 Hrs per week
Due to our continued growth, we are looking to add a Mobile Commercial Electrician to our maintenance team, serving one of our valued clients who operate within the fitness industry.
You will play a key role in delivering a first-class service to our clients, ensuring that all work is completed efficiently, to high standards, and in compliance with safety regulations.
You will be provided with a Company Van, along with all of the materials required to carry out your role efficiently and to a high standard. Our client operate throughout the UK so there will be a requirement to travel as part of your role.
As part of a leading FM client, you will be responsible for ensuring the electrical systems in their commercial properties are well-maintained and operational.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on electrical systems and equipment in commercial premises.
- Respond promptly to emergency call-outs and rectify faults efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and electrical standards.
- Maintain accurate records of all work completed and provide reports as required.
- Collaborate with other maintenance team members to deliver a high standard of service.
Requirements:
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations qualification.
- City and Guilds Level 3 or equivalent in Electrical Installation/Maintenance.
- Proven experience in a similar role, particularly within commercial property maintenance.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
