Due to our continued growth, we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Regional Operations Facilities Manager to join our business managing the regional delivery of cleaning services to one of our most prestigious clients, Puregym.
This role will cover our East England region, consisting of around 130 sites located between Norwich to Brighton, with 6 Area Managers in situ taking daily responsibility for up to 40 gyms per area.
There is a requirement for regular travel within the East region as part of this role therefore the ideal candidate will be centrally located close to the London area. Specific location is not a strict requirement, however, so we welcome applications from anyone within the East region.
The role of Regional Operations Manager will include:
- Overall responsibility for the delivery of FM services within the allocated region
- Direct line management of 6 Area Managers, covering 130 sites
- Daily review of Time & Attendance reports – Analysis of trends & driving behaviours
- Establishing and maintaining strong client relationships
- Monitoring all SLAs/KPIs inline with contract
- Ensure that the contract is performing inline with budgets
- Reporting, preparing and presenting MI to client
- Attendance at all business review meetings
- Ensuring colleague inductions are completed with all training requirements completed
- Driving strategies for recruitment and retention throughout the region
- Check & validate cleaning standards, ensure all compliance documents are in place & all personal files are up to date
- Complete and record Audits inline with agreed KPI / SLA
- Deal with all HR/ER cases effectively
- Ad-hoc site visits and travel around your allocated sites
The successful candidate will have:
- Experience of Regional Operations within the FM Industry
- Strong leadership skills to motivate, train and develop internal teams
- A solutions driven approach to work ensuring that our client needs are met
- Highly organised and able to prioritise workloads inline with business and client requirements
- Flexibility towards working hours to ensure Customer needs are met
- A full clean drivers license is required for this position.
